A long time favorite Safety Incentive game. BINGO can mean positive
RESULTS!!!
Employees can win valuable awards for their safety performance
in the SAFETY BINGO Program. A new SAFETY BINGO card, in a different
color, will be issued every month. Each day during the month,
a new bingo number will be scratched off and revealed on the SAFETY
BINGO poster. If the matching number appears on the card employees
shade in the circle around that number using a pencil or colored
marker. Employees who complete a straight line (vertically, horizontally
or diagonally) win a choice of items shown in the awards catalog.

SAFETY BINGO is
a controlled game. When ordering the game we need to know how
many winning cards and how many bogus cards you'll need. These
cards all look the same. Cards will be shipped separately. That
way you can determine how many winners per shift you would like.
For each winning card, a gift booklet must be ordered. They range
from $20.00 up to $5000.00.
NOTE: Please be aware that
there are other Safety Bingo games available that are not controlled.
You will not know how many winning cards are included.
To enhance the game and perk up the employee's interest,
the Safety Manager can pose a safety question weekly or monthly.
The employee should write the question and answer on the back
of his/her card. These cards then get put into a drawing for a
different prize. \One card is drawn until someone has answered
the question correctly. This will help keep the employees interested
in the game as well as keep them thing and talking SAFETY!
If one or more lost time accidents etc. occur, the
game is immediately terminated for the month in which the incident
occurred. A new SAFETY BINGO game begins the next month.
