How it actually works

300dpi
STEP 1
Art check at 300 dpi

We check resolution, convert RGB to print color, and flag anything that would soften at size. Gradients and photos are welcome here.

STEP 2
White underbase

On dark or clear surfaces, a white layer prints first in the exact shape of your art, not the whole surface, so your colors sit bright on top instead of sinking into the background.

STEP 3
CMYK jetting, instant cure

Print heads jet microscopic droplets of cyan, magenta, yellow and black while a UV lamp cures each pass instantly. No smearing, no dry time.

STEP 4
Optional gloss layer

A clear varnish pass can add raised, glossy accents you can actually feel, a favorite on journal covers and power banks.

TRY ITPrint the three passes

One UV print is really three passes stacked in perfect register. The white base prints only in the exact shape of the logo, never the whole panel.

Jansco pro tip

Send art at 300dpi at print size. On dark products we print a white underbase first so your colors stay bright. It's automatic, you don't need to ask.
